Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview

FORCARA is the membership alliance for independent automotive service. Membership includes access to advisory support, training, tools, preferred vendor pricing, and business resources.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Agreement Term

All FORCARA services are provided under a 12-month service agreement.

By enrolling, you agree to fulfill the full 12-month term regardless of payment method selected.

3. Payment Terms

Clients may select one of the following:

• Annual Payment (paid in full at the start of the agreement)
• Monthly Payment Plan (structured payments toward the full 12-month agreement)

Monthly payments do NOT constitute a cancel-anytime subscription. All payments are due according to the selected billing schedule.

4. Processing Fees

A 3% Payment Processing & Administrative Fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once onboarding, setup, or service delivery has begun.

6. No Cancellation Policy

All agreements are non-cancelable during the active 12-month term.

7. Service Delivery

Services begin after onboarding and setup are initiated. FORCARA provides ongoing access, support, and advisory services throughout the agreement term.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Participate in onboarding as required
• Maintain valid payment methods
• Use membership resources in a lawful manner

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. All disputes must be addressed directly with FORCARA.

10. Limitation of Liability

FORCARA provides systems, tools, and advisory support. We do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes.

12. Communications and Consent (SMS Program)

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from FORCARA LLC, including text messages (SMS). Our SMS program is used to send booking notifications, updates, billing notices, support tickets, notifications, etc.

Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Message frequency varies.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. In accordance with FCC rules, we obtain explicit, individual "One-to-One" consent. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable state and federal laws.

14. Updates to Terms

FORCARA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
